Fire Sprinkler Systems

There are several types of sprinkler systems that function differently depending on a building's needs. We have designed and installed sprinkler systems for a wide array of buildings, such as hotels, condominiums, apartments, schools, offices, warehouses, department stores, churches, restaurants, and everything in between.

Wet Pipe Sprinkler System

A closed nozzle system that continuously contains pressurized water. If the threat of a fire is detected by the system, the nozzle heads will open and quickly release water. Wet pipe sprinkler systems are the most common kind of sprinkler systems.

Dry Pipe Sprinkler Systems & Anti-Freeze

An open nozzle system with air or nitrogen filled pipes. Once a fire threat is detected by at least one sprinkler, the dry pipe valve opens to release water into the pipes. Dry pipes offer automatic protection in areas that may reach below freezing temperatures.

Deluge

An open nozzle system that employs water into the pipes when a symptom of a fire is detected. Deluge systems are typically used for very large areas like large industrial plants.

Single Interlock Pre-Action

A single detection event, such as a smoke or heat detector going off, must occur before water flows into the system's piping.

Double Interlock Pre-Action

Before activating, the system must detect a smoke/fire alarm and the activation of another sprinkler system.

Early Suppression, Fast Response (ESFR)

ESFR sprinkler systems are mainly used for large warehouses that stack products or materials. The goal of a ESFR system is to suppress the fire away from the warehouse items. ESFR sprinklers release approximately 100 gallons of water per minute.

Clean Agent

Clean agent systems use chemical compounds to combat fires in environments that protect valuables. Museums, data centers, libraries, and other similar buildings typically use clean agent systems.
